The Description:

1. High aluminum refractory castable: high aluminum refractory castable has high refractoriness and erosion resistance, and is suitable for the furnace, flue and other parts of circulating fluidized bed boilers. In addition, it also has good thermal shock resistance and can adapt to the temperature change during boiler startup and shutdown.

2. Corundum refractory castable: Corundum refractory castable has high wear resistance and erosion resistance, especially suitable for high temperature areas in the furnace. Its high temperature stability is good, can withstand the high temperature environment in the furnace, to ensure the long-term stable operation of the boiler.

 

3. Silica refractory castable: silica refractory castable has good thermal shock resistance and wear resistance, suitable for circulating fluidized bed boiler flue, ash hopper and other parts. It also has good chemical erosion resistance and can resist corrosive substances in smoke.

Application:
For boiler castables, under different working conditions and material selection standards, corundum wear-resistant plastics should be selected for the anti-wear layer at the outlet and lower part of the furnace where the boiler temperature is the highest and the wear is the most intense; high-aluminum and high-strength wear-resistant castables should be selected for the flue section at the inlet of the cyclone separator; lightweight insulation bricks should be used for the interior of the separator cylinder and cone; high-aluminum and high-strength wear-resistant castables should be selected for the exterior. Phosphate refractory concrete is required in the air distribution device, ignition air duct and furnace door, and light insulation brick and firebrick can be used in the tail area.
The feature:

(2) Small expansion coefficient, not easy to crack
(3) cold and heat resistance is good, and the number of cold and heat exchange can be more than 15 times.
