Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Refractory Castable
The Descritption:
Refractory castable refers to the mixture composed of refractory aggregate, binder and admixture, adding water (or liquid binder) to blend into mud that can be constructed by pouring method. The difference with other amorphous refractories is that the refractory castable has a certain setting and hardening time after construction, so it needs to be cured for a certain period of time before it can be demoulded, and then it can be put into baking use after natural curing for an appropriate time
The main technical points of refractory castable construction include:
(1) During construction, the mix ratio of refractory castable shall not be arbitrarily changed, and water or other materials shall not be arbitrarily added to the stirred refractory castable;
(2) The template used for pouring should have sufficient strength and stiffness, the size of the support mold is accurate, and prevent deformation during the construction process;
(3) The joint of the template should be tight without leakage, and anti-sticking measures should be taken for the template;
(4) Waterproof measures shall be taken for insulated masonry surfaces in contact with castables;
(5) The casting of refractory castable should be carried out continuously, before the condensation of the former layer of castable, the secondary layer of castable should be finished, and the intermittent exceeding the condensation time should be treated according to the requirements of the construction joint. The construction joint should be left on the center line of the same row of anchoring bricks;
(6) After construction, refractory castable shall be maintained in accordance with the specified method of design, and shall not be subjected to external force or vibration during maintenance
