The Description:
High aluminum brick used in coke oven has low porosity, compact, good thermal shock resistance, and a refractoriness of 1750-1790ºC. It is mainly used for laying the head of the coke oven combustion chamber and the bottom of the carbonization chamber.

Application:

The heat-shock resistant high alumina brick for coke oven is specially developed by selecting high quality first grade high alumina clinker and using third grade high alumina clinker and coke as high quality clay as the substrate. Low porosity, compact, good thermal shock resistance, high refractoriness up to 1750-1790ºC.

 

Coke oven is used to produce coke high temperature kiln, the main refractory materials are silica brick, clay brick and high aluminum refractory brick. The structure of coke oven is relatively complex, and the furnace body is mainly composed of combustion chamber, carbonization chamber, regenerator chamber and inclined flue. The coke oven carbonization chamber is an area where the coal is coked. The coal enters and begins to carbonize from the furnace head. After carbonization, the coke exits through the furnace door. At this time, cold air will enter the furnace door area to reduce the temperature. The function of coke oven is to decompose coke coal by heating, dry distillation and carbonization into coke under the condition of isolating air.
