The Description:
Alkali resistant castable is a hydraulic castable with alkali resistance, which is made of silica-aluminate material as raw material, aluminate cement as binder and appropriate admixture. When the alkali-resistant castable is in contact with the alkali vapor, a dense glazed layer can be formed on the surface under high temperature conditions, which can prevent the erosion from continuing to deepen, thus improving the service life of the kiln lining. Cement and silica powder are the main raw materials of refractory castable, and their addition amount has a great influence on the properties of the material at room temperature and high temperature.
