The Description:

1. High temperature resistance: The working temperature of the multi-bore furnace is high, so it needs to have good high temperature resistance. General selection of silicon carbide bricks, alumina bricks, proton ceramics and other high temperature materials.

 

2. Wear resistance: there will be impact and friction of materials inside the multi-bore furnace, so it is necessary to choose refractory bricks with good wear resistance. Generally choose silicon carbide brick, alumina brick and so on.

 

3. Chemical erosion resistance: Acid, alkaline and other chemical substances will be produced inside the multi-bore furnace, and it is necessary to choose refractory bricks that can resist chemical erosion. Generally choose alumina brick, aluminum silicate brick and so on.
