The Description:
Alumina hollow sphere is a new kind of high temperature heat insulation material, it is made of industrial alumina in electric furnace melting and blowing, crystal type A-al2o3 microcrystals. Alumina hollow ball as the main body, can be made into various shapes of products, the highest use temperature of 1800ºC, the product mechanical strength is high, several times of the general light products, and the bulk density is only half of corundum products. It has been widely used in high temperature and ultra-high temperature kilns such as gasifier in petrochemical industry, carbon black industrial reactor and induction furnace in metallurgical industry, and has achieved very satisfactory energy-saving effect.

Product feature:
1, high use temperature:
It can reach more than 1750 degrees and has good thermal stability. Small change rate of heavy burn wire, longer use.
2, optimize the structure, reduce the weight of the furnace body:
Now the high-temperature resistant materials are heavy bricks with a volume density of 2.6-3.0g/cm, while alumina hollow ball bricks are only 1.1-1.5g /cm, the same cubic meter volume, the use of alumina hollow ball bricks can reduce the weight of 1.1-1.9 tons.
3. Save materials:
To achieve the same use temperature, such as the use of heavy brick and alumina hollow brick price is comparable, but also need considerable insulation layer refractory. If the use of alumina hollow ball bricks, per cubic meter can save 1.1-1.9 tons of heavy brick use, but also save 80% of the refractory insulation material.
