The Description:

Refractory brick is the main component material of glass kiln, which has a decisive impact on glass quality, energy consumption and product cost. Glass narrow commonly used 5 kinds of firebrick:
1.AZS and high zirconia bricksAZS brick is mainly to improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the production process, in addition to taking oxidation melting, so that the carbon content of the product is reduced to 0.005%, the glass phase precipitation temperature is increased to 1450ºC. The casting and annealing processes have also been improved, and high zirconia bricks with AZS.ZrO2 content above 90 with small or even no shrinkage holes have been produced.
2. Chromium bricks and chromium-containing bricks Compact chromium oxide bricks formed by isostatic pressing are used for the side walls, necks or other severely eroded parts of E glass and C glass pond kilns, with a life of 6 to 7 years.
3. Alkaline brick:High purity direct bonded alkaline brick fired at 1800ºC is mostly used for regenerator wall and arch.
4. Olivine bonded phase of olivine brick has particularly strong corrosion resistance, and the corrosion resistance of magnesium brick can be improved by increasing the content of magnesium olivine in the bonded phase of magnesium brick. To this end, 20 fine powder of magnesia olivine is added to the ingredients of magnesia brick to form a magnesia olivine binding matrix that can protect magnesia particles and reduce erosion. The price is relatively cheap, and it has been widely used in the middle of the glass kiln regenerator cell lattice body abroad.
5. Barium feldspar olivine brickIn view of olivine's good corrosion resistance and poor thermal shock resistance, the introduction of barium feldspar in its binding phase can significantly improve the heat shock resistance of bricks. Barium feldspar is formed during the firing process and is only present in the bonded matrix phase.
